Lipite Beach is located near Sinemorets village. The beach is in a beautiful, small bay that has preserved its beauty and wildness. Surrounded by lush hills and forest, it is a very attractive place. You reach it by a path starting from the southern end of Butamyata Beach. There is also a road for cars, but if your car is not 4x4 you can spare yourself that experience. In addition, visits from the Border Police are possible and fines for parking on Strandzha Park territory.
The footpath is much healthier and suitable for inexperienced tourists and children. It will take you about twenty minutes to walk the trails and reach Lipite. At the southern end of Butamyata you will see the paths that run over the rocks. Lipite Beach is an incredible place. Small, tucked among the trees with exceptionally clean and fine sand. Practically these twenty minutes of walking discourage the lazier tourists and visitors to Lipite enjoy real peace and solitude. There are no hotels or any buildings to disturb beachgoers here.
Unlike other beaches in Sinemorets, the sea at Lipite Beach is very calm. The bay is positioned so it is not too windy and there are no waves. The beach is not concessioned and therefore has no lifeguards, sun loungers or umbrellas. There are also no facilities; the nearest is at neighbouring Butamyata Beach.
Lipite Beach is a beautiful, small bay that has preserved its beauty and wildness. It is surrounded by lush hills and forest, making it extraordinary. To keep it that way, remember to collect any waste you might leave behind. Do not rely too much on the containers at the beach entrance – they are almost never emptied.
